I’m Ravicens, a singer and songwriter seeking a skilled musical director and arranger to work closely with me on an original live show. A graduate music student with arranging and ensemble experience would be ideal.

What I’ll provide

Original songs, lyrics, demos, and stems, plus detailed direction on melody, groove, structure, and feel. I’ll stay involved throughout: we’ll develop the arrangements together and refine them through feedback and rehearsal.

Some demos use AI-generated instrumentation or vocals to explore ideas. We’ll use that material as a starting point for arrangements suited to our musicians.

What you’ll do

Work with me to develop playable band arrangements from the demos and stems.
Prepare charts, parts, and rehearsal references; keep revisions organized.
Lead focused rehearsals and help musicians learn the arrangements.
Shape transitions, dynamics, and cues so the songs work as a live set.

Who would fit

A musician with a strong ear, solid arranging skills, and experience leading an ensemble. You should be comfortable using a DAW and notation tools, communicating musical ideas, and responding thoughtfully to detailed artist feedback.

The ability to demonstrate ideas on keys or guitar is a plus. If your main instrument is elsewhere, we can plan for a keyboardist or guitarist to join arrangement sessions as needed.

I’m looking for preparation, reliability, and follow-through. Graduate study in music is a plus; relevant work and musicianship matter most.

The project
